Managing Subscription and Downloading Invoices

Managing your subscription and accessing invoices in Nexus AI is simple and streamlined, thanks to integration with Stripe. Follow the steps below to update your subscription details or download your invoices.


1. Login to your Nexus AI account here.

2. Click on the "Upgrade" button in the top menu of the dashboard.
3. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Use the same email address associate with your Nexus AI account.

4. Check your email for a login link sent by Stripe. Look for an email with the subject line "Your customer portal login link" or something similar. Open your email and click on the link within the email.
5. You will be taken to access your customer portal within Stripe. 

6. From this page, you can: 
    • Update subscription: Change your subscription plan or payment details. 
    • Download Invoices: Access and download past invoices for your records.


Tip: Ensure that the email address you for logging in matches your Nexus AI account email to avoid issues accessing your subscription information.
