SendGrid is a cloud-based email service provider that allows businesses to send both marketing and transactional emails. By connecting SendGrid to Nexus AI, you can use the Easy CRM Tool to send emails to your contacts through the Broadcast and Automation Tools. This integration ensures seamless communication with your audience and enhances your email marketing efforts.
1. Open a SendGrid Account
- Go to https://sendgrid.com and create an account.
- Note: SendGrid offers a free plan for sending up to 100 emails per month.
2. Create an API Key in SendGrid
- Log In to your SendGrid account.
- Scroll down and click on SETTINGS in the left-hand menu.
- Select API KEYS.
- Click on the Create API Key button.
3. Configure Your API Key
- Choose a name for your API Key to help you remember its purpose (e.g., "Nexus AI - Easy CRM").
- For the API Key permissions, select Full Access.
- Click CREATE AND VIEW.
4. Secure Your API Key
- You will see a long string of characters - this is your secret API key.
- Important: Copy and save your API key in a secure location.
- For security reasons, SendGrid will hide the key once you click DONE.
5. Integrate SendGrid with Nexus AI
- Log in to your Nexus AI account.
- Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
- Navigate to Integration.
- Select the SendGrid Tab.
- Paste your API Key into the provided field.
- Click the ADD KEY button to complete the integration.
6. Start Sending Emails via Nexus AI
- With SendGrid connected, you can now use Nexus AI's Broadcast and Automation Tools to send emails to your contacts.
- These tools allow you to easily manage email campaigns and automate communications directly within Nexus AI.
